What if my entire order is not received? TOP
Items may have been out of stock at time of purchase. We do not reship orders not in stock at time of purchase, a credit is issue back to the credit or debit card that you submitted payment with. No, United States only. As of April 1st 2008 we will no longer be accepting Canadian orders.
Can I return items? TOP
We guarantee full credit for products only or, if available, a replacement for all defective items. You may return a defective product up to 14 days with authorize R.M.A. number from Bestjewelrywholesale.com. No refunds are authorized after 14 days. All shipping costs for merchandise authorized by Best Jewelry wholesale to be returned to Best Jewelry wholesale shall be at the customer's expense and a 15% restocking fee may apply. This policy is strictly enforced.
